Presently, this page is setup only to allow advertising payment for those who have pre-arranged payment, know the whole dollar amount, and wish to pay by credit card. Fixed rates for advertising in our publications and on our web site will soon be available.

To illustrate how to use the input field below, if you pre-arranged for a $250 advertisement in BULBS, for example, you would move your mouse pointer to the "Qty" field and enter the number "250" (without quotations), then push the "ADD" button (only once). You would then notice your "Items ordered" field at the bottom of this page and the side bar increase by "250". At checkout you would see a total charge of $250. As you checked out, you would provide in the "Comments" field a statement to the effect, "This is payment for pre-arranged advertising in BULBS, issue #?? in year 2006."
