Worsleya rayneri habitat

This picture shows the giant domed-shaped granitic rock where Worlseya
rayneri is native to. Large colonies of bulbs are found growing on
the middle slope on the left hand side of the image.

This picture shows the steepness (over 70 deg) of the slope on which Worsleya
is found growing (patch of bluish-green plants near the top of the slope).
These slopes are inaccessible.

Occasionally, one or two seedlings are found growing on the lower slopes,
among grass in shallow soil pockets. This picture shows a seedling of
about 8 years old.
