A small triumph here. Narcissus romieuxii flowered from seed after 3 years (seed from Chilterns in UK.) We may have to revise the hardiness of this one. It spent the entire winter on an unheated porch with temps as low as 17F. Summers were in the garage on a shelf with absolutely no water.
