Lachenalia rubida var. aurea?

Lachenalia rubida var. aurea????

My eyes nearly popped out of their sockets when I saw this yellow flower amongst a batch of seed raised Lachenalia rubida. In nearly all respects except colour the same as the more normal coloured plants. I have never seen a yellow form of this species mentioned anywhere. Has anyone else? I got the seed from Rachel Saunders but she is away seed collecting at the moment so I don't yet know if she has come across it before. It's certainly very exciting.
