Griffinia parviflora - Origin and
Culture
Griffinia parviflora is native to the Atlantic Forest of Bahia, Brazil.
The species grows on the forest floor of the lush tropical rainforests of
the Mata Atlantica. This plant, grown at the University of Florida's Ft.
Lauderadale Research & Education Center (IFAS), was grown in a medium
consisting of coir and perlite (about 3:1) and fertilized with Osmocote.
Growing this plant is almost as difficult as getiing your hands on one!
