Gladiolus leptosiphon

Gladiolus leptosiphon grown from seeds obtained through Silverhill Seeds. I obtained a near 100% germination rate with this species. The plants are grown in subtropical Hong Kong which is far from their original South Africa but kept under cover to guarantee a dry summer. The plants flowered in their second season.
