Crocus aleppicus

A common species growing in Israel, Jordan and Syria. It is found mainly in Mediterranean areas, but occurs as a relict in the southern Jordanian arid mountains.

It is normally blooming in November, subhysteranthus. These pics were taken in Mas'ad'e Forest in the northern Golan Heights.
