Melissa with Grandma's Multiflora near the end of its flowering performance. Note marked elongation of pedicels.

A few days of 40°C heat fades and burns flowers, as can be seen here. I always hope for no heatwaves during the flowering period.

Vic Abela

Group of Multifloras in full flower. Normal colour with 30°C temperatures. Colour is deeper under cooler conditions.

Identical to Grandma's Multiflora. Pedicels will lengthen as the umbel ages.
