To add a picture just type your message, then start a new line (hit return) and type
"\image{Agapanthus walshii}" without the quotes. There should be no space after "\image". Those are curly braces, shift[ and shift]

Preview your message. You will see a box labeled "Your Image Here" indicating where your picture will be. When you post the message, you will be directed to add the image.
